We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you find any damage to the product upon receipt, please contact ky@purpledance.net within 14 days to report the problem and provide an unboxing video as evidence. We will provide product dead on arrival (DOA) service based on the information obtained. If no unboxing video is provided, we will provide warranty repair service. Additionally, if you find any issues with the appearance or functionality of the product within 14 days of receipt, and the product can be restored to its original state (e.g., no printing performed on the resin printer and resin has not been opened), please contact ky@purpledance.net immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note:
Please keep the original packaging box during the warranty period for convenient product shipment.
DOA is based on the date of the complaint.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like liquid Resin, Release Film , and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ky@purpledance.net.
The refund amount will be deducted from the cost required to restore the product to its original condition, and the payment will be refunded to you according to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund may take longer due to different issuing banks' refund processing time.
Note:
We only provides exchange services for Dead On Arrival (DOA) products.
Non-DOA products cannot be exchanged. Please follow the return process and then place a new order. Special discounts may not be available after the promotion period.
Purple Dance reserves the right to create orders and does not establish special sales period schemes for returns.
Return Process
Once you submit a return request, We will confirm via email if your request meets the conditions. If it meets the conditions, the support staff will further verify the return details and shipping arrangements with you. When returning the product, please use the original packaging to ensure the integrity of the item and return all products listed in the order.
After we receives your returned product, the support staff will inspect it to confirm if it meets the return requirements and the agreement that the product can be restored to its original condition (e.g., no printing performed on the resin printer and resin has not been opened). If the returned product does not meet the agreement that the product can be restored to its original condition, then additional fees may be applied.
